Company forward accept

Company Forward Accepted

Sent to configured company-level forward accepted destinations when any agent accepts a lead. This uses the company forwardAcceptedAllAgents setting. Destinations may include email addresses or valid webhook URLs; valid URLs receive an HTTP POST.

Payload

Payload sent to company-level outbound lead webhook URLs.

Lead record. Includes core lead fields and may include plugin/custom fields.

profile
object

Accepted profile details, or { accepted: false } if no profile has accepted.

string | null

Timestamp when the lead was accepted, if accepted.

followup_notification
object | null

Follow-up status data when available.

Webhook payload accepted successfully.

The receiver did not accept the webhook payload.
